Dictatorship VS diplomacy...
Case 1.. Every1 is looking at the big picture.. 4 the wellfare of the company.. diplomacy wins.. more mindx thinkx betta than 1... chances of mistake is minimize...
Case 2... there are selfish ppl out there but with a good leader VS dip with some selfish ppl... dictatorship wins.. leader look after the welfare of the company hence being able to make a decision tt he think is right 4 the company.. in the case of diplomacy conflictx arise from the discussion as selfish ppl feelx tt their ideas are the best... in order to peace both sides decision may nt come to place in the end.. +++ in a case where a leader choose btw 2 proposal and letx sae A wins... most likely B will try do betta than A nxt time... in case where votes where being done and B loses then he will hate A and those who go against him... so which is betta...
Case 3... selfish ppl with dumbo leader VS dip with some selfish ppl... dictatorship still wins... dumbo leader brings ppl to dumbo place but at least there may still be hope.. and as i said earlier... the motivation to get chosen part... there is still improvement in the workforce.. but if diplomacy... as usual either nt is down or a conflict broke up... though gd decisions may come out this way but who can get the job well done when coordination isnt there?
Case4... nice people but lousy leader VS dip with nice ppl.. diplomacy wins... yeah dun think this one nid explain...
above all are with much of absumption of cause but still... wht do u think... properbility of which seems larger... case 1 and 4 are almost near extinction bahx.. nt even justice league.. lolx... but still exist la.. note... we nt talking bout stupid ppl... we talking bout selfish ppl... but when those selfish ppl are the super clever ones... then maybe diplomacy do works after all... lolx..
