i guess there is alwaes a time when one hafta let go of sth... i used to boast bout my sec2 squad saying how different they are from the sec3x... but somehow it ended up disappointing mi.. i forgot sth.. i 4got to teach them how to sustain. the knowledge passed down by the last batch was minimal will the attitude is to the MAX.. nth is ever serious.. no leadership is being seen.. they treated themselves as a cadet instead of ncox... where to throw this... where to put this.. why wud i still hear this when the room is theirx and the sch is theirx... and most impt of all they are ncox cant they even make decision on small matterx like this..? there is alwaes a time to let go, tommy after 8yearx of np life is actualli washing his handx off np. sad case ar.. no more motivation.. nt much more of meaning.. my most respected nco and ci actualli.. shall juz see how it goes then...
